Skill Lay Hands

A Paladin only skill which grants an instant heal equal to roughly 32 x the paladin's level to a single target, with a 72 minute recast timer.
At level 60, the Lay Hands ability restores 1728 HP. Assuming each level gained added the same amount, the heal would equate to 28.8 x the paladin's level if decimals were included.
Once used the Ability key will not display the cooldown correctly. You can reset it by zoning or camping and then it will display correctly.
NPCs will use this ability on themselves when they reach low health, before fleeing, if they are not stunned or feared.
If used on you: You feel a healing touch.
If used on others: Someone feels a healing touch.
